What age is the Lumi & Loo pillow for?
Lumi & Loo is made for kids ages 1 to 18 and comes in three sizes: ages 1–3, 3–8 and 8–18.
Will it help with my child's snoring and mouth breathing?
For many kids, snoring and mouth breathing start with how the head and neck sit at night. Because a child's head is big for their body and their neck is short, a pillow that's too tall pushes the head forward and folds the chin toward the chest.
Imaging studies of the upper airway have found that bending the neck forward narrows the space behind the tongue and soft palate, while a more neutral position keeps it more open. When that space narrows, air has to squeeze through, which can cause snoring and push kids to breathe through their mouth.
Lumi & Loo is shaped to keep your child's head level with the mattress and their neck supported in its natural curve, so the airway isn't squeezed while they sleep. Parents who switched have reported quieter nights and more closed-mouth sleep.

How do I know which size is right?
- Ages 1–3: 18.9 × 11.4 in, height 0.8–1.6 in

How do I wash it?
Cover: Unzip the Tencel cover and machine wash it cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Skip bleach and fabric softener, then air dry or tumble dry on low.
Core: The TPE honeycomb core can be rinsed with lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Shake out the extra water and let it air dry completely, out of direct sunlight, before putting the cover back on.
What is it made of?
A TPE honeycomb core that springs back night after night, a breathable 3D mesh that lets air move through, and a hypoallergenic Tencel surface that's gentle on sensitive skin.
How long until my child gets used to it?
Many kids take to it the very first night. Others need a few nights to get used to a lower, contoured pillow, especially if they're coming from a tall adult pillow. We suggest using it every night for a week or two, and with our 90-day trial you have plenty of time to decide.
Can it be used for travel?
Yes. Each size is about the length of a standard kids' pillow (roughly 19 to 21 inches), so it fits easily in an overnight bag or carry-on. It's easy to bring along to grandparents' houses, sleepovers and trips.
